Clinic Website with Online Booking
A family clinic website where a parent finds a doctor, books a visit in two minutes and gets a reminder — with a front-desk admin behind it.
About the project
Northside Family Clinic is a neighbourhood clinic: general practice, paediatrics, dentistry, dermatology and cardiology under one roof. The task was the one every clinic has — stop losing patients between "I want to book" and a confirmed slot.
The phone line is busy, the receptionist is with a patient, the parent gives up and books elsewhere. The website had to do what the front desk does at its best: show who is available today, name the price before the visit and take the booking without a call.
What we built
The site is built around one action, "Book a visit", and everything else feeds it. The home page shows the doctors who can be seen today with their next free slot; the services page lists prices, so nobody has to ask. A doctor page carries the credentials, the locations and a live calendar.
Booking is three steps on one screen: pick a location and a day, choose a time, confirm — with the patient (or the child) named on the way. The confirmation page has the address, what to bring and a cancel link, and the same flow works on a phone. Behind it sits a front-desk admin: the day's schedule by doctor, arrivals, no-shows and a waiting list the receptionist can fill from cancellations.
What the product does
Six desktop screens and two mobile ones cover the whole path: home, services and prices, doctor, booking, confirmation and the reception admin.
Booking asks only what the visit needs — patient, doctor, location, time — and confirms with a reminder.
Prices and availability are visible before booking, so the front desk stops answering the same two questions.
The admin gives the receptionist one screen for the day: schedule, arrivals and a waiting list.
