1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website pazl.ai and the software products operated by Pazl LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Pazl", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@pazl.ai.
2. Our products and services
Pazl builds and operates its own consumer web applications, sold as subscriptions and one-time purchases with instant digital delivery in the browser (the "Products"). Separately, Pazl provides custom software development to business clients; such work is governed by individual written agreements and is not sold through this website's checkout.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Products. By using the Products, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Orders, payment and taxes
Orders for our Products are processed by our authorized merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing and order-related customer inquiries. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's applicable buyer terms. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise; taxes are calculated at checkout.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via the link in your receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Digital content and immediate access
Our Products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, where applicable under EU/UK consumer law, you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This does not limit our voluntary Refund Policy (see pazl.ai/refunds) or your mandatory statutory rights.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your access credentials secure. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Products, including: attempting to gain unauthorized access; reverse engineering; scraping; reselling or sublicensing; or using the Products for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual property
The Products, including software, design, text and generated content templates, are owned by Pazl or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Important disclaimer
Certain Products provide AI-generated content intended for entertainment, inspiration and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
11. Warranties and liability
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Products is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update the Products and these Terms; material changes will be communicated on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence.
