1. Who we are
Pazl LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is the data controller for personal data processed via pazl.ai, our web Products, and our mobile applications and games ("Apps") published on the Apple App Store and Google Play under the developer name Pazl LLC. This policy applies to every App we publish unless that App ships with its own policy. Contact: hello@pazl.ai.
2. Data we collect
(a) Account data: e-mail address and basic profile details you provide. (b) Product inputs: information you voluntarily submit to use a Product's features (for example, your name or date of birth where a feature requires it). (c) Usage data: device and log information, pages viewed, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies. (d) App data: if you use our Apps, we may collect device type and operating-system version, language and country, device and advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFV/IDFA or the Google Advertising ID), gameplay progress and settings, session and interaction events, crash logs and diagnostics, and purchase history (order details only — never card data). (e) Payment data: purchases on our websites are processed by our payment provider; purchases inside our Apps are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your full card details.
3. How and why we use data
To provide and operate the Products and Apps, including saving your game progress and settings (performance of a contract); to fix crashes, balance gameplay, and improve and secure the Products and Apps (legitimate interests); to send service messages; to send marketing e-mails where you have consented (you can opt out at any time); to comply with legal obligations.
4. AI processing
Some features generate personalized content using third-party AI service providers. Your relevant inputs are transmitted to such providers solely to deliver the feature and are subject to contractual confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.
5. Analytics and advertising in Apps
Depending on the App, we use third-party analytics and crash-reporting services and, in some games, advertising networks. These may include Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, or similar providers. Advertising SDKs may process your device's advertising identifier to serve and frequency-cap ads. Where the law or the platform requires it, we ask for your consent first — on iOS via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and in the EEA/UK via an in-app consent prompt. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings and opt out of personalized advertising there. The exact data each App collects is also disclosed in that App's Google Play Data safety section and App Store privacy label.
6. Sharing
We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics and crash reporting, advertising networks as described above, e-mail delivery, AI processing, and payment processing), with Apple and Google as platform operators for our Apps, with authorities where legally required, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention
We keep personal data while your account is active and as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. Gameplay progress stored locally on your device stays there until you delete the App or clear its data.
9. Your rights and data deletion
Depending on your location (including under GDPR/UK GDPR and the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can request deletion of your data — including game progress and identifiers linked to your device — at any time by writing to hello@pazl.ai; we honor verified requests within 30 days except where law requires us to keep certain records. Where an App offers an account, you can also delete it from the App's settings. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise rights: hello@pazl.ai.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage preferences in your browser or via our cookie banner. Our Apps do not use browser cookies; they use the identifiers described in sections 2 and 5.
11. Children
Our websites and Apps are not directed to children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a specific App is designed for families or children, its store listing will say so, and that App will comply with the children's-privacy rules that apply to it (including COPPA and the Google Play Families Policy): no behavioral advertising, no collection of personal data beyond what the platform permits. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact hello@pazl.ai and we will delete it.
