Premium Real Estate Platform with a Partner Portal
A catalogue of apartments in Miami and New York with a map, floor plans and viewing bookings — and a partner desk where agencies manage their listings and leads.
About the project
Harbor Atelier is a boutique real-estate brand: a short list of premium apartments in two cities, each one walked by a partner agent before it goes on the site. The buyer is busy and specific — a district, a budget, a number of bedrooms — and wants to book a viewing without a phone call.
The brand's second audience is the partner agencies who supply the listings. They needed a portal of their own: add an apartment, keep its status honest, see the viewings booked on it and the buyers who saved it — without emailing spreadsheets back and forth.
What we built
The public side is a catalogue with a map and filters that stay on one screen: city, district, price band, bedrooms, "ready now". A property page carries the photos, the floor plan, the numbers that matter and one button — book a viewing — with the agent named beside it. Saved homes can be compared side by side, and the viewing form asks for a date and a slot, nothing more.
The partner desk is a small CRM: each agency sees its listings, the leads and viewings on them, and the status of every property — new, live, under offer, sold. The two mobile screens keep the catalogue and the property page usable on a phone, map included, because that is where a buyer opens the link an agent sent.
What the product does
Six desktop screens — home, catalogue with a map, property with a floor plan, saved homes with comparison, viewing booking, partner CRM — and two mobile ones.
Filters and the map live on one screen; the shortlist can be compared without leaving the page.
A viewing is booked in a date and a slot, with the partner agent already assigned.
Partner agencies manage listings, statuses and leads in their own desk instead of by email.
