Fresh Nest app — welcome screen and the services home screen

Home Services App: Cleaning, Cooking, Repairs

One app to book a cleaner, a cook or a handyman: pick the service, the slot and the extras, pay in the app and keep the schedule of everyone who comes to the house.

About the project

Fresh Nest is a home-services brand that sends vetted people to a customer's home: weekly cleaning, a cook for the family dinner, a plumber for the tap. Each service used to mean a different provider, a different chat and a different way to pay.

We wanted the customer to have one place for all of it — book, reschedule, pay, tip — and to see the week at a glance: who is coming, when, and what it costs. And we wanted the booking itself to take under a minute, because a busy household books on the way out of the door.

What we built

The welcome screen sets the tone and asks for the address once. Home is a grid of three services with the next visit on top. Each service screen is built around choices the customer actually makes: cleaning by size and frequency with add-ons like windows and the oven; cooking by cuisine, number of people and dietary notes; repairs by the kind of problem, with a photo attached.

Every flow ends on the same schedule-and-pay screen: pick a day and a slot, see the total with extras, pay with the saved card. The schedule keeps all the upcoming visits in one list with the option to move or cancel each one under the stated rule.

What the product does

Six mobile screens: welcome, home, cleaning, cooking, repairs, schedule and payment.

Three very different services share one booking pattern, so the second booking is faster than the first.

Extras and totals are visible before the slot is chosen — no surprises at the door.

One schedule for everyone who comes to the house, with rescheduling and cancellation rules stated up front.
